Free Trial Period
We offer a 3-week free trial for all new customers. During this period, you can explore all features of FacilControl without any payment required. No credit card is needed to start your trial.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made to your account
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service for more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service downtime exceeding our service level agreement
- Cancellation within 7 days of your first paid subscription (first-time customers only)
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial month subscriptions (we do not prorate refunds)
- Additional storage purchases
- Custom development or integration services
- Training or consulting services
- Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days of the billing date
